Why upgrade to LED?

LED lights use a fraction of the power of halogen and old incandescent globes, last many years longer, and run much cooler. That means lower power bills, fewer globes to replace, and less heat in the ceiling, which matters in a Gold Coast summer. Old halogen downlights also run hot and need clearance from insulation, while modern IC-rated LED downlights can be covered by insulation, which helps keep your home cooler.

Downlights are one of our most common lighting jobs. Whether you're replacing old halogens one-for-one, adding more downlights to a dark room, or planning a full lighting layout for a renovation, we'll help you choose the right colour temperature (warm, neutral or cool white), brightness and beam angle. Flickering lights and lighting faults

Flickering LEDs are usually caused by a dimmer that isn't LED-compatible, a failing driver or a loose connection. We'll find the cause and fix it properly rather than just swapping the globe. If lights flicker across the whole house, or a light switch is hot or sparking, call us straight away.
