Servicing Bahrs Scrub and the wider Logan area, we’re built on honest quotes, quality workmanship and electricians who actually show up when they say they will. We also install and connect split-system air conditioning in Bahrs Scrub, including new circuits and isolators, so your new home stays cool through the Logan summer.

Bahrs Scrub is one of Logan's fastest-growing suburbs, part of the Yatala and Beenleigh growth corridor with large new housing estates replacing what was once bushland and rural acreage. Most homes here are recently built, and the suburb continues to expand with new subdivisions, making it a hub of first-home buyers and young families settling into brand-new streets.

New estates like these need electrical work done right from the start, from compliant switchboards and safety switches to smart-home wiring, data points and EV charger provisions for growing families. We also handle the finishing touches new owners want, like extra power points, downlights and ceiling fans. For every new build or new-home addition, we bring the same quality workmanship to Bahrs Scrub.

Electrician Bahrs Scrub: new homes and growing estates

Bahrs Scrub has changed fast, with new estates going in alongside older acreage blocks. In the newer homes, the most common jobs we do are the extras the builder left out: more power points, ceiling fans in every bedroom, outdoor and alfresco lighting, data points, and an EV charger in the garage. On the acreage side, it's shed power, pumps and switchboard upgrades for older homes.

Summers in Bahrs Scrub are hot and humid, and air conditioning is one of our most requested jobs in the area. Every split system needs its own circuit and an outdoor isolator, and ducted systems often need extra switchboard capacity. Smoke alarms before 2027
